Shipping Packaging and Handling

Shipping and handling prices are quoted in US dollars. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours of receipt (Mon-Fri). Orders placed on a Friday or holiday will not ship until the next business day.

Tracking numbers will be provided for shipped orders. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available, nor do all carriers offer tracking services.

Shipping Charges

We ship up to 4 charts per package

United States, Territories, APO’s, Hawaii and Alaska

Media Mail $4.95 per package
Can take up to 14 days
Priority Mail $7.95 per package
2-3 days on average

Canada – $21 for up to 4 charts

Other International – $34 for up to 4 charts.

We get it to your customs within 3-4 days but cannot guarantee how quickly your customs office will process it. Usually it is one or two days but it has been longer.

WHY SO MUCH FOR SHIPPING? Because the box is too long to ship using regular mail (we roll it so it has no creases) and it must go priority.

IS THERE ANY WAY TO SAVE? One way is to find a friend who’d also like one. We can ship up to four in the same box for the same shipping cost AND you can take advantage of the special offer price for two or more.

DUTY: We mark packages to Canada as Educational materials (because it is) so duty should not be charged but we cannot guarantee this.

We mark packages to the UK as Charts. Charts and Maps are not supposed to be charged duty. Again we cannot guarantee this as it depends on the individual agent processing your package. If you are charged duty you may want to dispute the charge based on the fact that it is a chart.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Bible Charts and Maps, LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Shipping Method

Shipments in the United States and it’s territories are shipped USPS.

International Shipments are shipped via FedEx and delivered to and by your local post office once the package has cleared customs.
